We understand that there may be times where you would like to return a particular item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is totally okay with us! We offer a 100% satisfaction on our entire catalog and would never leave you stuck with something you don’t absolutely love!

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be issued provided the refund request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will dispatch your exchange or refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus shipping charges.

Processing Time
The entire refund / store credit process takes 1 to 2 business days following the receipt of the returned goods. If we have any questions or concerns about your request or items we will contact you by email.

Your email address
Your order number
Items to return & reason
Whether you want a refund, exchange, or store credit
If you want an exchange, which item would you like as a replacement

Be sure to write the RMA number you receive from us on the box!
